Does blue seem under rated to you? What a more perfect color to make a feminine frock! Upon wearing this dress, I'm officially on a new found mission to feminize BLUE!!! Blue is a color that I myself tend to forget about. There are so many shades of blue, most of which compliment any skin tone.
