"Uh, hum...testing, testing...123??"

This is Keri (finally, huh Michalea?). Oh my word! I think that I just made my first post?? Well...since my first post (over some hour ago), I have been inspired to share more about myself & my interest in fashion.

From my favorite faux fur coat in kindergarten, not to mention, the day in 2nd grade I wore my new multi colored Reeboks to school so proudly for the first time (is that telling my age? lol). It was that same day, we'll call her the "mean girl", asked me if I got new shoes, ONLY while she stepped on my foot and was sure to get one of them dirty, was I determined never to care what people thought of my clothes. From the first to wear baggy jeans and combat boots in high school, and wearing dark brown before it was a popular color, I was and still am addicted to clothes.

Only two short years ago last month, my husband & I were blessed with the most amazing & beautiful son in the world. Okay, so I'm extremely partial. While wholeheartedly diving in to my new roll as mommy, also the fact that my dear body was not able to fit into my pre baby clothes, I un-regretibly lost my sense of style for a while.

November 2011, I was reminded of the fashion sense that I had "lost" temporarily. Enter my new friend, fellow blogger & co-worker, Michalea.

Michalea has the unexplainable fashion sense that a lot of people don't understand like I do and adore. We obviously hit it off immediately. And to put the icing on the cake, she is a fellow follower of Christ...<3

Michalea introduced me to bloggers (as mentioned before) like Pink Peonies (MY PERSONAL FAV!), Atlantic Pacific & Classy Girls Wear Pearls. Pinterest & Polyvore.

Michalea also came up with the idea for us to do this blog. Soooo...here's my perfect opportunity to say "thank you", Michalea, for being a part of bringing back my love for fashion. While my wallet isn't very pleased right now, my passion for fashion (oh...promise I didn't mean for that one to rhyme) is...

Snow days!!!

It was the first day of spring 3 days ago and we got 12 inches of snow this weekend!! Here's what we got to enjoy! :)

Behind the times...

While time flies & office duties grow, our blogging responsibilities have diminished! Never fear, for we are here! Increasingly inspired by spring, we had a set back yesterday by a snow storm rarity for March. 8-16 inches of snow in less than 24 hours, within a 35 mile radius....Oh how we long for Christmas again! Time to pull out our snow boots & wellies.

We LOVE easter! (And all holidays for that matter!) we love decorating eggs and making our homes all ready for spring... But the true reason we LOVE Easter is it is the wonderful day that our savior rose from the dead on that third day! After being beaten and hung on a cross and dying for All of our sins! He's an amazing God and we are so happy to know him. God bless!
